What to Expect When You Reach Out for Therapy or Coaching

Reaching out for help—whether you're struggling with sexual addiction, betrayal trauma, toxic relationship patterns, or emotional overwhelm—can feel vulnerable. When you contact me, you’ll receive a compassionate, confidential, and nonjudgmental response. I’ll help you determine whether therapy or coaching is the best fit based on your needs and goals.

I offer a free 15-minute consultation call to help us get started. During this call, you can briefly share what’s going on, ask any questions you may have, and get a sense of how we might work together. I’ll also provide a few available time slots so you can schedule your first session when you’re ready.
